ICO’s core business as goes from its name is handling the cars and other cargo, both on board seagoing vessels and at the terminal. 

The operations on board till bottom of ramp (at discharging, or from bottom of ramp loading) are performed on behalf of the shipping line which bears the final liability.

On terminal cars will be shunted to the VPC, or the delivery zones for truck, rail or barge loading. Shunting between terminals is possible too. While loading / discharging of rail wagons and barges is part of our tasks, loading / discharging trucks will be done by the truck drivers.



Lashing and securing on other means of transport – incl. lashing of High &Heavy units and static cargo on low bed trailers - is a speciality of the lashing gangs.

Last but not least tally clerks and Operations Officers will guarantee that jobs are correctly executed both quantity and quality wise.
