Vehicle Processing Centers

Vehcile Processing is an important extra ICO service towards our clients. ICO utilises 3 ‘state-of-the-art’ VPCs spread over the terminals.
At the VPCs various activities will be performed on the cars to the delivery prior to the end customer. 

                      

Pre Delivery Inspection:
-carwash: cleaning of cars
-dewax: the installation removes the protecting paraffin or co-polymer layer of the cars
-inspection of cars according to the instructions of the client
-carrying out jobs online (putting in car manuals, adhering stickers,…)
-wrapping: affixing special protection foil to new cars 

Accessory:
-installation of all kinds of accessories (airco, radio/cd, GPS, extension kits, tinted windows, hardtops, leather interior, sliding roof,…).
-execution of reworks
-building small series (modification to light commercial vehicle, building –in cupboards, cross country, preheater, rear end carrier, publicity stickers,…) 

Repair:
-reparation of cars as per OEM quality standards
-use of spectrometry and UV technology
-all centres dispose of a paint booth 

Logistic:
-shunting between port quays
